Return & Refund Policy
At Jungle Siesta, we strive to provide you with high-quality furniture and home decor products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation email) is required.
Note: Custom-made or clearance sale items are not eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective.
2. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item:
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include clear photos of the damaged/incorrect product and the packaging.
We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
4. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
Custom or made-to-order furniture
Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging
